Itinerary
Day 1 : Welcome
- Arrival at Baku Airport, Meeting with English speaking guide and transfer to the hotel, you will have the opportunity to get your first glimpse of this truly unique city. Your travel itinerary begins right away, as on the way of Hotel.
- Standard check in time at 1500hrs unwind your luggage and get fresh.
- Eveing free for leisure

Day 2 : Sightseeing
- Breakfast at the hotel. Baku city tour. Icheri Sheher (Old City), known as a “fortress” – is a unique historical and architectural conservation area in the center of Baku. This is one of the ancient and densely populated places of the country and even of the Middle East. Archaeological excavations revealed burial vaults of the Bronze Age. The Maiden Tower (the 12th century) and the Shirvanshah palace (the 13th-16th century) are well-known historical monuments also located in Old City. Besides them there are a lot of other unique monuments of Icheri Sheher: mosques, minarets, the remnants of caravanserais “Multani” and “Bukhara”, ancient baths.
- Walking down to Nizami Street (old trading zone with lots of shops and boutiques), Fountain Square, shopping center Park Boulevard mall, etc.
- Baku panorama viewing from the Upland Park and the Alley of Martyrs. Next to the Alley there is Baku business & hotel complex «Flame Towers Baku» – a new business card of the city. The famous Flame Tower complex composed of 3 buildings. It is interesting that lighting of Flame Towers is considered to be the best in the world according to the survey of skyscrapercity.com. The surface of the Towers is fully covered with LED screens which reflect different visual characters in motion, easily visible from almost any part of the city.
- Overview to beautiful lightning of buildings in Baku on Neftchiler Avenue which starts from Azneft Square. By walking in Baku Boulevard where guests can see Small Venice and Baku Eye. Afterwards, tour will be continued by having walking tour on Nizami Street devoted to the Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi, who is the author of famous composition Khamsa.
- Visiting Heydar Aliyev Center (outside). Heydar Aliyev Center represents a fluid form which emerges by the folding of the landscape’s natural topography and by the wrapping of individual functions of the Center. An internationally recognized architectural work, the building of the Heydar Aliyev Center has become a signature landmark of modern Baku due to its innovative and cutting-edge design.

Day 3 : Transfers
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visiting Azerbaijan’s historical ethnographic reserve – the ancient village Gala: the center of the Absheron peninsula in the east of Azerbaijan, on a strategically important hill which dominated the area. The older part of Qala village was declared to be a historical ethnographic reserve in 1988 and encompassed 216 historical, archaeological and architectural monuments. The village has five mosques, the remains of a castle, three bathhouses, more than 170 houses, as well as mausoleums, vaults, storage lakes etc. Qala village is not, however, just a collection of monuments illustrating medieval architecture, but a complex simulating a town built in medieval Absheron. It is a rural metaphor for the Inner City and fortress at the center of Baku.
- Visiting The Temple of Eternal Fire – Ateshgah – is an authentic Azerbaijani exotic. It is well-known practically all over the world. It is located 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb of Surakhany. This territory is known for such unique natural phenomenon as burning natural gas outlets (underground gas coming onto surface contacts oxygen and lights up). The temple in its present state was constructed in the 17th-18th centuries. It was built by the Baku-based Hindu community related to Sikhs.
- Visiting Yanardag Burning Mountain The word “Yanar” in Azeri language means “burning”, and “Dag” – “mountain”. And this is real a burning mountain – not metaphorically, but literally. Once in Absheron it had been a lot of places where natural gas coming out from the earth to the surface ignited spontaneously, but with the start of mass extraction of oil and gas in Absheron these places started to disappear. At present, it is the only place of this unique natural phenomenon – the output of natural gas to the surface.
- After Absheron tour guests will visit several shopping malls in Baku such as “Genclik mall”, “28 mall” and “Park Boulevard” and bazaars where they can taste and buy local fruits, vegetables, honey and sweets of different regions of Azerbaijan.

Day 04

- Transfer to Gabala.
- Gabala is the ancient capital of Caucasian Albania. Archeological evidence indicates that the city functioned as the capital of Caucasian Albania as early as 4th century BC. The Ruins of the ancient town are situated 15 km from the regional center, located between Garachay and Jourluchay rivers. Gabala was located in the middle of the 2,500-year-old Silk Road, and was mentioned by Pliny the Younger as “Kabalaka”, Greek geographer Ptolemy as “Khabala”, Arabic historian Ahmad ibn Yahya al- Baladhuri as “Khazar”. In the 19th century, the Azerbaijani historian Abbasgulu Bakikhanov mentioned in his book.
- Guests will have a visit to Nohur Lake and Yeddi Gozel Waterfall.
- Lunch at hotel.
- Visiting Tufandag Winter-Summer Tourism Complex. Here guests will have opportunity to see the beauty of the region by using cable car and other entertainment at place.
- Visiting Gabaland entertainment center – number one amusement park of Azerbaijan and the most entertaining and exciting place of recreation.
