Mountain Beach Water Park
Mountain Beach Water Park opened in 2014 on the top level of the shopping center Gorky Gorod Mall, in the Sochi mountain cluster Sochi, all-season resort in the “City of Hills”.
The tropical beach atmosphere is created by the transparent dome roof, through which the sun shines on the white sand beach and palm trees.
The temperature is always 30C, and the water in the pool is 28 C. There are a few slides for adults and children, swimming pools, saunas, a whirlpool. For those who are bored with slides and pools, there are badminton and volleyball courts, children’s playground and a fitness center.
Every day the water park hosts shows, sports tournaments and competitions.
Sky Park

Gorky Bike Park
“Gorky Bike Park” is a complex of tracks for downhill mountain biking from a height of about 1000 meters above sea level, accessible for both amateurs and trained sportsmen. Total length of Downhill tracks reaches 7 km, height difference is 340 m. Tracks have complete infrastructure: dual suspension bikes and equipment rental, repair shop, cableway with comfortable bike carriers on each cabin and a free bike wash.
The “Gorki Bike Park” presents tracks of “green”, “blue” and “black” levels of complexity with specially adjusted shores, drops, slopes, sharp turns and rhythm-sections. The tracks lie at a height of 960 to 540 meters above sea level. Entrance to the park is located behind the “Rixos” hotel in Upper Town at around +960.
Time of lifting by cableway is about 10 minutes. The descent the cableway station by one of the tracks takes 5-10 minutes. You may use comfortable gazebos for relaxation, located along the tracks in the most picturesque places. Crowdsourcing project for the construction of tracks “Gorky Bike Park” brought together more than a dozen volunteers from different cities – Rostov, Krasnodar, Pyatigorsk, Sochi. They worked under the guidance of world’s top experts in cycling tracks construction.
Sochi Olympic Park
The 2014 Winter Olympics, officially called the XXII Olympic Winter Games and commonly known as Sochi 2014, was an international winter multi-sport event that was held from 7 to 23 February 2014 in Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, with opening rounds in certain events held on the eve of the opening ceremony, 6 February 2014.

Krasnaya Polyana Resort
Krasnaya Polyana resort is the most respectable ski cluster in Russia. Krasnaya Polyana owes its success and popularity to the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. The designers were Russian architects Mikhail Atayants and Mikhail Filippov, supported by French architect Pierre Diener. The resort was opened for the 2014 Winter Olympics. The Congress center, which covered the events, which took place on the basis of the mountain cluster during the Olympics worked on the territory of the Lower town.
The structure of the resort The resort consists of two main parts: The Lower town and The Upper town, which are connected by means of cable cars and highways. The resort has 13 lifts, including 4 of gondola, 7 of chair and 2 of rope type. The total capacity of all cable cars allows to carry 2400 people per hour. The Lower town buildings are located in Esto-Sadok village on the banks of the Mzymta River at an altitude of 540 m above sea level. That part of the complex has formed on the site of a century-old Estonian settlement.
There are apartment hotels, hotels of different levels, restaurants, a shopping and entertainment center, a cinema and a water park there. The Upper town is located on the slope of Aibga mountain, at an altitude of 940 m above the sea. It includes a part of a Premium-class complex with the apartments and townhouses, luxury hotels and Wellness centres. Winter entertainment and sports There are ski slopes with a total length of about 30 km (from the altitude of + 2340 m to + 960 m). For evening skiing there are about 5 km of trails, which are equipped with artificial snow supply system and installed with lighting helping to make evening skiing enjoyable and safe.
Summer entertainment and sports Gorki Bike Park functioning at the resort is a complex of trails for Downhill Mountain biking from an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level. This is the only Russian Bike Park with a complete infrastructure. Hiking eco-routes are open for traveling to hard-to-reach places in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana. Hiking trails are located at an altitude of +960 m to + 2200 m above the sea level. Adventure Park is a rope town at +1460 m with observation platforms fixed on tree trunks at a height of 5 to 15 meters, located on the territory of two picturesque sites — the South (with routes for the whole family) and the North (with more complex route options). Most routes can be completed without special training. The resort organizes tours on electric bicycles, which make it possible to take long rides in the picturesque places of Krasnaya Polyana not only for trained athletes, but also for sport enthusiasts.
The Karachai breed horses in Krasnaya Polyana resort stables are one of the most beautiful horses in the world, perfectly adapted for walking in the mountains. Paragliding in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana are the ones with the largest difference in the altitudes, up to 1400-1800 meters. Rosa Khutor Resort
Rosa Khutor is located in the valley of the Mzymta river, at the foot of the Psehako ridge southern slope and on the Northern slope of the Aibga ridge. On both sides of the river there are modern buildings of 4-6 floors which house hotels, restaurants, shops, sports equipment rentals and cable car stations. Along the river running through the whole complex there are pedestrian embankments, and along the foot of the wooded slopes there are motor roads.
Rosa Hall is a multifunctional concert complex and provides venue for concerts, top class events. It is located in Rosa Dolina (Rosa Valley). Next to Rosa hall, there is Russia cultural and ethnographic center – a unique architectural ensemble, built with the account of the centuries-old housing construction traditions customary for various regions of Russia. Besides Rosa Dolina, one can use Olympia cable car or the highway to reach Rosa Plateau situated at the height of 1170 m, where there is the upper part of the complex with its hotels and apartments. The first Krasnaya Polyana resort sanatorium Rosa Springs (balneological hotel) operates on the basis of the former Olympics medical center. To the East of Rosa Plateau there is Rosa Stadium (940 m above the sea level), where the pedestrian and the bicycle routes converge.
WINTER SEASON ROSA KHUTOR: Rosa Khutor is the largest ski area in Russia and the place where there are 80% of all Krasnaya Polyana ski slopes. This is more than 100 km of trails of all complexity categories with a height difference of 1535 m, which are joined by means of 28 lifts. The ski slopes are equipped with the largest artificial snow formation system in Europe, which allows one to start skiing as of the end of November and go on until the beginning of May.
ROSA KHUTOR SUMMER SEASON: During the summer season, the complex offers hiking and cycling trails of medium difficulty. At an altitude of 1350 m there is the Panda Park with the Panda café, the rope complex the obstacles of which are located at an altitude of 23 m above the ground. The Park has three routes with the total length of 450 m. One of the summer vacation facilities is an organized beach in Rosa Dolina. The beach is laid out around the regulated mouth of the stream flowing into the Mzymta river. Nearby there is an attraction- trolley descent trail, called The Eagle Flight, which is 240 meters long. In summer, vacationers can enjoy horseback riding, yoga classes with an instructor at an altitude of 2320 m, and rock climbing with an instructor. In Rosa Dolina you can jump on a trampoline, play mini Golf, ping pong, volleyball, badminton, air hockey, and giant chess.
